1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GPTemail.me ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GPTemail.me provides AI-powered email processing services including:

Reply drafts written for the sender to review and send
Direct assistant answers sent back to the sender
Email summarization
Email translation
Action item extraction (to-do lists)

The Service processes emails you send or forward to our designated addresses and returns AI-generated content to your inbox.

3. Subscription Plans

Volume 100: $10/month for 100 emails per billing cycle
Volume 250: $20/month for 250 emails per billing cycle
Volume 500: $40/month for 500 emails per billing cycle

Email counts reset at the start of each billing period. Unused emails do not roll over. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Separate anti-abuse limits may also apply to protect deliverability and service availability. A sender may be limited to 20 submitted emails per hour across all GPTemail.me inboxes, even when monthly plan usage remains available. Contact support before planned high-volume testing or automated sends.

4. Translation Support

The translate inbox is currently verified for Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Welsh business emails into English. English-to-other-language translation, other languages, heavy dialect, mixed-language source text, and noisy source material are handled on a best-effort basis. AI-generated translations may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for spam, phishing, or illegal activities
Forward emails containing malware or harmful content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Share account credentials with unauthorized users
Use the Service to process content that violates third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Processing

Emails you send or forward to the Service may be processed by AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate drafts, answers, summaries, translations, and action lists. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, transfers, and your rights.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use but may not be resold as a standalone product. The Service, branding, and technology remain the property of GPTemail.me.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use
We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTemail.me's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
